Annual Dues Improve Our Club

Each spring, members pay dues to cover the costs of maintaining and improving the club. Dues cover our utilities, lifeguards, and regular pool and grounds maintenance. Each membership also pays into our Reserve Fund which ensures we are prepared for the long-term needs of Club's physical assets. Each Proprietary Membership is a partial owner of the club- owning our pool grounds and acres of land in the Millbrae hills. This asset may appreciate in value depending on demand for our club membership.





Member-Specific Details

Returning Members should have already received an email with instructions to renew your membership online, though you may also pay via sending a check to: MMSC, PO Box 274, Millbrae, CA 94030. The 2026 annual dues are $975 and are considered late if received after 4/1/26. A link to pay online is shown below.
