For New Members

Interested in joining? Learn more about the facility on the About Us page. The MMSC is comprised of a total 210 private family memberships. To join, you must join the waitlist to secure a spot in line to purchase a membership once one becomes available. Once you join our waitlist, you will be sent an email when spots are available. When you are offered a membership, joining the club involves a one time cost to buy a membership from another member, one time transfer fee and annual dues paid each year. The cost to purchase a membership will vary based on how much the previous member wishes to sell their membership for, plus the annual dues at the time. When offered a membership, the one time membership investment gives you an ownership stake which you can sell when you decide to not renew your membership. Owning a membership as a co-owner of MMSC is an asset that can appreciate over time based on the demand for joining the club.

For Returning Members

Returning Members should have already received an email with instructions to renew your membership via PayPal, though you may also pay via my sending a check to the pool PO Box(see website homepage). The 2024 annual dues are $915 and are considered late if received after 4/1/24. A link to pay via PayPal is shown below.

What’s Next After Paying Online?

If you purchased a Membership, you can then sign into the Member Dashboard using the default PIN of 1111 (if you are a first-time member).

From there, you can fill in your Household info, change your PIN, read member-only news, and much more!
