Please read before reserving
For making event reservations at MMSC, event must be reserved at least 14 days in advance.
When requesting to book an event or party, please provide the following information:
  •   Name
  •   Membership Number
  •   Contact Information (email, phone number)
  •   Approximate Party Size: You can let us know the final headcount 2 weeks prior to the event
  • Non-members require a member sponsor
Rules:
  •   All guests are required to complete a waiver form before the event
  •   All guests must follow all established pool rules
  •   Event reservations must be 2 hours minimum and 4 hours maximum
  •   Participants may bring in their own food and non-alcoholic drinks.  All food and beverages must be kept in the table areas. No glass containers allowed.
  •   Payment of the party fees will be collected on the day of the party
  •   Event area must be left in its original condition. Please clean up your party event area as you leave.
  • Private parties cannot be booked on holiday weekends
Event/Party Fees:
  •   Cost per headcount:
    • Members: Free
    • Non-Members: $10
  •   Lifeguard fee of $25/hr for every 25 guests (i.e. 70 guests = $75/hr)
Payment of the event/party fees will be collected on the day of the event.
